Although U.S. consular officers can provide lists of attorneys in their consular districts, they cannot recommend any particular attorney, offer legal advice, represent U.S. citizens in custody or other hearings before foreign courts, or attempt to influence the outcome of those hearings.

Please note that the following lists have been prepared based on the information from guides and directories for public distribution.

The U.S. Embasy in Ukraine cannot recommend any particular law firm or agency on these lists and does not take responsibility for the quality of their services.

Please check conditions and fees prior to asking agencies for services.
